Who can become a member?
Any and everyone of 17 years and above can become a member as long as they prove it.
How will i know my order has been received?
As soon as the order has been placed, an email will be automatically send to you and us letting us know that your order has been placed.
Why don’t you accept credit cards and bank transfer payments?
We do not accept accept credit cards and bank transfer payments because when payment is made with credit cards, it takes some days before it enters our account and also some days before we can withdraw it. Also, to keep and maintain high level of discreetness.
How will i know that my payment has been received?
When payment is made and the receipt sent to us, we will notify you that your payment has been received.
When will my order/package be shipped?
- Orders placed and paid for before 18:00 will be shipped the same day
- Orders placed and paid for after 18:00, will be shipped the next day
- Orders placed and paid for on Sundays will be shipped on Mondays
Will i get a tracking number?
Yes, you will be emailed the tracking details once your order has been processed and dispatched
Can i add product to my existing order?
No sorry you can’t. Once your order has been placed and submitted, you can’t add more products to the existing order. If you want to add more product, you will have to place another order.
